Refund Policy

Because FlowState delivers highly customized AI and automation services that require dedicated engineering and consulting hours, we operate under a strict refund policy.

1. Custom Project Deliverables

• Deposits: Any upfront deposit or booking fee paid to secure your project slot is non-refundable once work has officially commenced.

• Milestone Payments: Completed milestones, as defined in our project agreement, are non-refundable once approved and delivered.

  
  

2. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the Client mid-way through development:

• The Client will be billed for all documented hours worked up to the date of cancellation.

• Any remaining balance from the initial deposit (if work completed is less than the deposit value) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  
  

3. Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

If you are on a recurring monthly support or maintenance plan, you may cancel at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle once the month has started.
