Welcome to FlowState. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
FlowState provides custom AI development, CRM integrations, and workflow automation services. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be defined in a separate binding agreement or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful automation setups, you agree to provide timely feedback, necessary API keys, and secure access to the systems required for integration (e.g., CRM, databases).
3. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received for a project:
You own the custom automation workflows, prompts, and scripts built specifically for your business.
FlowState retains the right to reuse general, non-proprietary code snippets, logic templates, and architectural patterns developed during the project.
4. Limitation of Liability
FlowState is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) resulting from third-party API downtime, LLM hallucinations, or modifications made to the workflows by the client after project delivery.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
